End-User License Agreement
Please read this agreement carefully before using Elements Casino.
Agreement to Terms
This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you and ELEMENTS CASINO LTD for the Elements Casino software product, including associated media and documentation (“Software”).
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by this EULA and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.
License Grant
ELEMENTS CASINO LTD grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
- Install and use the Software on iPhone devices you own or control for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
- Access associated online features such as leaderboards and account/profile syncing in accordance with this agreement.
- Create a profile where the App offers one, to personalize cosmetics and track progress.
License Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Software.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software except where applicable law expressly permits.
- Remove or obscure proprietary notices.
- Use the Software for commercial purposes without authorization.
- Share account credentials, use bots or scrapers, or interfere with servers or other users.
- Use the Software in any unlawful manner or if you are under 18.
Intellectual Property
The Software is licensed, not sold. ELEMENTS CASINO LTD retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights. This EULA does not grant you rights to trademarks or service marks of ELEMENTS CASINO LTD.
- We own: software code, designs, graphics, text, audio, and other content in the application.
- You own: personal data you provide and user-generated content you create, subject to the license needed to operate social features.
Virtual Items
Virtual coins and cosmetic items are licensed for use in the Software only. They have no cash value and are not redeemable for real money. ELEMENTS CASINO LTD may modify, rebalance, or discontinue virtual items as part of operating the service.
Purchases
If the Software offers optional purchases, they are billed through the Apple App Store. Subscriptions, if introduced, renew according to Apple’s subscription settings unless cancelled. Refund requests are handled under Apple’s policies; you may also contact support@debugmyapp.online.
Warranty Disclaimer
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ELEMENTS CASINO LTD DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Elements Casino does not guarantee specific gameplay outcomes.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ELEMENTS CASINO LTD BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, including loss of data, virtual items, or business interruption.
Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination you must cease all use and delete copies of the Software. Your profile may be deactivated.
Updates
ELEMENTS CASINO LTD may provide updates, patches, or modifications. Updates may be required for continued use. We may modify this EULA; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ELEMENTS CASINO LTD operates, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted by law.
